Eligibility
- Qualification: 10th Pass or above.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Experience: Previous experience in BPO, Customer Support, Call Center, or CRM is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Attend 5–10 customer calls daily and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer application.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with an interest in technology and CRM tools.
