Eligibility

- Minimum Graduation required
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and relationship management skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary ₹35,000 – ₹70,000/₹80,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle and assist customers professionally
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Handle customer queries and service-related concerns




- Achieve assigned business/customer service targets
- Coordinate with the bank team for smooth customer service
- Maintain proper customer records and documentation
