Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, orders, and feedback.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the front office

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Manage front desk operations, including visitor handling and basic administrative tasks.

Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate issues when required.

Support promotional campaigns through telecalling and customer engagement.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in customer service, front office, telecalling, or a similar role.

Experience in the jewellery industry is preferred.

Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
