- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Schedule test drives and service appointments.
- Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and vehicle service reminders.
- Collect customer feedback and monitor customer satisfaction (CSI).
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM/DMS system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Promote service campaigns, accessories, insurance renewals, and customer engagement programs.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
