- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through phone, email, website, WhatsApp, and social media.

- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate appointments or sales.

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or database.

- Explain products and services clearly to potential customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

- Meet daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets.

- Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
