Key Responsibilities

- Ensure exceptional customer experience across all service touchpoints.
- Handle customer concerns, escalations, and complaints effectively.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and NPS scores.
- Conduct customer feedback and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Service Managers to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure service processes and dealership standards are followed consistently.
- Maintain customer retention and loyalty through proactive engagement.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.




- Monitor service delivery quality and turnaround time.
- Conduct customer engagement programs and service campaigns. Customer experience roles in dealerships commonly focus on feedback management, service quality, complaint resolution, and customer retention.

Eligibility
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Experience, CRM, Customer Relations, or Automotive Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
- Experience in automobile dealerships will be an added advantage.
