About the Role

We are looking for a polite, confident, and responsible Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, guide clients properly, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and WhatsApp messages Solve customer queries professionally Explain company products and services clearly Maintain customer records and follow-ups Coordinate with sales/team members when needed Provide excellent customer experience

Requirements

Valuable communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus) Basic smartphone/computer knowledge Polite and patient nature Freshers can also apply Experience in customer support/sales is a bonus

Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Depends on skills and experience)
