We are looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist who can manage, customize, and optimize our CRM ecosystem to drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. This role requires a mix of CRM expertise, automation skills, and basic coding knowledge to build scalable systems and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility, and smooth operations

- Design and execute targeted campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation

- Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge

- Develop and manage integrations with internal and third-party tools via APIs and webhooks

- Create customer segmentation strategies for lifecycle marketing (lead nurturing, retention, re-engagement)

- Generate reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to track campaign and sales performance

- Ensure CRM data hygiene, deduplication,



and compliance with data privacy standards

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM usage and efficiency

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho ecosystem

- Strong knowledge of Deluge (mandatory)

- Working knowledge of

- SQL

- JavaScript or Python

- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation tools (Zoho Flow, Zapier, etc.)

- Strong analytical skills with Excel / reporting tools

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM / Marketing Automation (Zoho preferred)

- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability

- Valuable communication and cross-team collaboration skills
