About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented CRM & Sales Executive to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and drive sales through field visits. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable facility management and security service solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions in coordination with the management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.




- Provide regular reports on field visits, leads generated, meetings, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years in Sales, CRM, Business Development, Client Servicing, or a related field.
- Experience in Facility Management, Security Services, Manpower Outsourcing, Real Estate, or B2B services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Mumbai.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM/reporting tools.
- Should have a professional approach towards client handling.

Pay: ₹9,959.36 - ₹50,000.00 per month
