Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the customer journey. The candidate will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, complaints, and service requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts, and Support teams for customer-related matters.
- Track leads, conversions, customer engagement, and follow-up status.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly CRM/MIS reports.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy within the CRM.
- Support customer engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and CRM processes.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
