CRM Functional Tester (Apprentice) About The Role The Functional QA Analyst (Apprentice) is part of the CRM Strategy & Governance team and is responsible for manually validating CRM business processes and automation workflows through the end-user interface.

This role focuses on ensuring new and existing automations function as expected by executing functional test scenarios, documenting results, identifying defects, and performing periodic health checks. The apprentice will begin by learning the team's business processes and gradually take ownership of QA activities.

Qualification BCA, B.Sc Computer Science, or B.Sc IT — recent graduates only. What You Will Do

- Learn the team's CRM business processes and automation workflows.
- Execute manual functional testing through the end-user interface to validate new automation requests.
- Test business scenarios thoroughly, including positive, negative, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
- Document test cases, test results, observations, and defects in a structured manner.
- Report issues clearly and work with the development team to verify fixes.
- Support business demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required.
- Perform periodic manual health checks on existing automations to ensure they continue to work as expected.
- Maintain QA documentation and testing records.




- Gradually take ownership of recurring QA requests and automation validation activities.
