Roles and Responsibility
- Process customer purchase orders by verifying order details and creating purchase order , quotation and sales orders in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with customers by confirming orders, providing delivery updates, and resolving order-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, and Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including proforma invoices, delivery instructions, and order records.
- Track order progress by monitoring pending orders and resolving issues affecting delivery schedules.
- Prepare reports and update CRM/MIS, including daily order status, dispatch schedules, and management reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
