We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM & Demo Booking Executive to manage software demo scheduling, client follow-ups, and onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact interested leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or CRM.

- Schedule software demos with potential clients.

- Coordinate with the sales team for demo appointments and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

- Assist clients during the onboarding process after software purchase.

- Resolve basic client queries or coordinate with the support team.

- Track demo status, follow-up activities, and onboarding progress.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports of demos booked and clients onboarded.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, telecalling, inside sales, or client coordination.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English .

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

- Good follow-up, coordination, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, or CRM-related roles.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional communication.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
