Role Description The CRM & AI Automation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role is responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing CRM platforms to support outreach, engagement, and program delivery. The specialist will design and implement AI-driven automation workflows for communication, lead management, and data analysis, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of interactions with beneficiaries, partners, and volunteers.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining clean and structured data, setting up dashboards, monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with program, operations, and leadership teams to align technology solutions with organizational goals.



The specialist will also recommend improvements to processes, train team members on CRM and automation tools, and ensure that all systems are used securely and ethically.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and experience in CRM configuration, data management, and user training.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (such as chatbots, workflow automation, email sequencing, or low-code automation platforms) for process optimization.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting, including building dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and generating actionable insights.
- Knowledge of digital outreach or marketing workflows, including segmentation, campaign management, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to document processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices in clear, structured formats.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a non-profit, social impact, or community-focused organization is an advantage, along with a genuine interest in nation-building and public service.
