Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and approve/recommend loan applications based on company credit policies and risk parameters.

- Conduct detailed credit assessment and underwriting of customers.

- Analyse customer income, bank statements, credit bureau reports, repayment history and financial information.

- Assess customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity and risk profile.

- Review and interpret CIBIL/Experian/other credit bureau reports.

- Identify potential fraud, high-risk applications and credit irregularities.

- Ensure accurate verification of customer documents and financial information.

- Make timely credit decisions within defined approval limits and TAT.

- Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency, bounce rates, DPD and repayment trends.





- Analyse early warning indicators and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, collections and risk teams to resolve credit-related issues.

- Maintain proper documentation of credit decisions and ensure adherence to internal policies.

- Prepare credit MIS and portfolio performance reports for management.

- Review and recommend improvements in credit policies, underwriting rules and approval processes.

- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI/NBFC regulations and internal risk policies.

- Support internal and statutory audits related to credit operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
