Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Credit Control to lead our credit control and receivables function. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely payment collections.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Resolve billing disputes and coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams.
- Review customer credit limits and recommend changes based on payment history.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on receivables and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding invoices, ageing analysis, and collection status.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers whenever required.
- Reduce overdue receivables and improve collection efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5-10 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collection Management.
- Experience in leading a team will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident in handling customers professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP software, and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in publishing, printing, FMCG, distribution, manufacturing, or any industry involving dealer/customer credit management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,890.30 - ₹25,000.00 per month
