Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale & SME Credit Auditor to conduct independent audits of wholesale and SME credit portfolios. The role will focus on assessing credit appraisal quality, loan documentation, post-sanction monitoring, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal credit policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit credit appraisal processes for wholesale and SME borrowers.

- Review MPBF assessments, fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.

- Evaluate credit limits, sanction terms, and compliance with approved conditions.

- Review loan and mortgage documentation and execution.

- Conduct post-sanction/post-disbursement monitoring of credit accounts.

- Assess compliance with RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and credit covenants.

- Review financial analysis and credit assessment of borrowers.

- Identify credit risks, control gaps, and process deviations.





- Recommend corrective actions to strengthen credit controls and processes.

- Prepare audit findings and reports for management review.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit audit, credit risk, credit appraisal, or related banking functions.

- Experience in credit audit / credit risk / credit appraisal.

- Solid understanding of Wholesale & SME lending.

- Knowledge of MPBF, fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.

- Good understanding of loan documentation and post-sanction monitoring.

- Knowledge of RBI guidelines and credit policies.

- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.

- Experience identifying control gaps and credit risks.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
