Role Overview As a Creative Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for building high-performing creative strategies and ad concepts that drive growth across digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer psychology, content trends, performance marketing, and storytelling to create creatives that convert.

You will work closely with the performance marketing, design, video production, and content teams to conceptualize, test, and scale winning creatives while ensuring alignment with the brand voice and business objectives.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

- Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Research competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, and content formats to identify winning creative opportunities.
- Ideate ad hooks, scripts, storytelling angles, UGC concepts, and performance-focused creative briefs.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, creators, and performance marketers to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Analyze creative performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time, CPA, and ROAS to improve future creatives.
- Build structured creative testing plans and continuously optimize based on campaign insights.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and production teams for content execution and delivery.
- Maintain organized creative trackers, testing sheets,



references, and performance documentation.
- Ensure all creatives align with the brand identity, communication style, and campaign objectives of सादा / SAADAA.
- Help improve creative workflows, testing systems, and content ideation processes for better efficiency and scalability.

Who You Are

- 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, content strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and social media content trends.
- Creative thinker with a robust analytical and performance-driven mindset.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams, creators, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and ideation skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Able to identify trends quickly and translate insights into high-performing creatives.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience working with Meta Ads ecosystem and short-form video content is preferred.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and ad optimization.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, creative trackers, and project management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be preferred.
