About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who doesn’t just create content—they create ideas people remember.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and creative direction. You’ll be responsible for developing campaigns, content formats, and brand narratives while ensuring every piece of creative work meets a high execution standard.

What You’ll Do:

Creative Strategy:

- Build content strategies for multiple brands across industries.
- Develop campaign ideas that are rooted in business objectives.
- Create monthly content pillars and communication plans.
- Translate brand positioning into compelling storytelling.
- Identify trends and convert them into original content concepts.

Creative Direction

- Lead the creative vision for shoots, campaigns, and digital content.
- Write detailed creative briefs for designers, videographers, editors, and copywriters.
- Guide mood boards,



visual language, references, and storytelling style.
- Review creative outputs and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure consistency in quality, aesthetics, and brand identity across all touchpoints.

Content Ideation:

- Conceptualise Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, ad campaigns, and branded content.
- Develop hooks, scripts, storytelling frameworks, and content IPs.
- Collaborate with production teams during shoots to ensure concepts are executed effectively.
- Experiment with AI tools and emerging creative formats to enhance content creation.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with founders, clients, designers, editors, photographers, and strategists.
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Brainstorm regularly to generate fresh campaign concepts.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–6 years of experience in a creative agency, branding, or content-first company.
- Strong understanding of social media, storytelling, branding, and consumer psychology.
- Excellent scripting and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to convert business objectives into engaging creative campaigns.
- Strong visual sense with attention to detail.
- Experience directing shoots is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools is a plus.
- Someone who constantly saves ads, campaigns, and content for inspiration—not because they have to, but because they enjoy it.

Bonus Points:

- Experience in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
- Knowledge of performance marketing creatives.
- Understanding of creator-led content.
- Basic editing or design knowledge.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
