About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and create engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement, along with the ability to execute ideas quickly and effectively.

Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, create, and execute high performing social media content (Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels)

● Handle end-to-end content production from idea → shoot → edit → publish ● Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform algorithms ● Write engaging captions that don’t sound robotic ● Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams ● Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly ● Maintain brand voice while experimenting with creative formats ● Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency

Required Skills

● Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn,



and short-form content ● Basic to advanced skills in video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects/Canva)

● Good eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling ● Ability to think fast and execute faster ● Strong copywriting skills.

● Understanding of analytics and performance tracking

Bonus

● Experience in social media marketing or agency work ● Knowledge of paid ads ● Meme game strong ● Basic photography / videography skills
