We’re looking for a high-output Creative Designer who lives and breathes design, social media, internet culture, and visual communication.

This is not a role for someone who waits around for detailed briefs and then spends three days making one post.

We want someone who has taste , moves fast, understands why people stop scrolling, and can turn raw ideas into sharp, high-quality creative every single day.

You’ll work closely with our broader marketing and content team across social media, case studies, landing pages, brochures, advertising creatives, client success stories, and brand assets.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for turning ideas, content, offers, testimonials, and marketing concepts into visual assets that people actually want to consume.

Your work will include

- Designing Instagram and LinkedIn carousels
- Creating visually robust client case studies and testimonials
- Designing static ad creatives
- Creating social media posts and campaign assets
- Improving the visual design of landing pages and websites
- Creating brochures, PDFs, guides, reports, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Turning boring information into engaging visual storytelling
- Working with screenshots, results, statistics, testimonials, and client stories
- Creating thumbnails, covers, graphics, banners, and other brand assets
- Supporting content and marketing campaigns with daily creative output
- Making basic video edits when required, including:
- Captions
- Music
- Cuts
- Transitions
- Basic pacing and formatting
- Using AI tools to accelerate ideation, image creation, asset generation, editing, and production

The exact work will change regularly. One day you might be designing a seven-slide client transformation case study. The next day you might be improving a landing page, creating an ad, editing a short-form video, or turning a rough founder idea into something people want to share. What We Care About Most1. You Have Taste

You should naturally understand what looks good and what looks amateur.

Typography, spacing, hierarchy, contrast, composition, alignment, imagery, colour, and visual balance should matter to you.

We’re looking for someone who notices the 5-pixel difference nobody else notices .

1. You Understand Human Behaviour

Good design isn't just decoration.

You should think about

- What makes someone stop scrolling?
- What do their eyes see first?
- What creates curiosity?
- What makes something feel premium?
- What makes information easier to understand?
- What makes someone swipe to the next slide?
- What visually communicates credibility and authority?

You should understand that design exists to influence attention, perception, emotion, and action .

1. You Understand Social Media

Ideally, you’re slightly too online. You should know what’s happening on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the broader creator ecosystem.

Being an Instagram junkie / professional doom-scroller is genuinely an advantage here.

You should naturally save great creatives, follow brands and creators, notice new formats, study trends, and constantly build your own visual reference library.

If your Explore page is full of great advertisements, creators, carousels, brands, landing pages, memes, and content formats, we'll probably get along.

1. You Move Fast

We operate in a high-output environment. We expect creative work to be shipped every day .

Speed does not mean producing bad work. It means having systems, templates, references, AI workflows, shortcuts, libraries, and processes that allow you to create good work quickly.

We don't want someone whose workflow completely depends on someone else telling them exactly what to do.

You should have your own system for design production .

1. You Use AI

AI should already be part of your workflow. You should be comfortable experimenting with tools for:
- Image generation
- Ideation
- Moodboarding
- Background generation
- Asset creation
- Copy visualisation
- Concept development
- Image manipulation
- Research
- Creative references
- Increasing production speed

We don’t care whether AI helped you create something. We care whether the final output is excellent.

Required Skills

You should be strong at:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Graphic design fundamentals
- Typography
- Composition
- Layout and spacing
- Visual hierarchy
- Colour theory
- Social media design
- Carousel design
- Brand consistency
- Image manipulation
- Creative problem solving
- Attention to detail
- Basic video editing
- Working quickly without sacrificing quality

Experience with tools such as Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar platforms is beneficial. Huge Advantage If You Have...

Experience working with

- Coaching businesses
- Info products
- Online education businesses
- Personal brands
- Creators
- Agencies
- Direct-response marketing

- Performance advertising
- High-ticket offers

If you understand the visual language of the coaching / creator / info-product world , that is a significant advantage.

How You'll Work

You won't work in isolation.

You'll collaborate with the broader marketing team to understand what we're trying to achieve and then translate those goals into creative.

You should be comfortable working with:

- Content strategists
- Performance marketers
- Video editors
- Copywriters
- Social media managers
- Founders
- Sales and client-success teams

Sometimes you'll receive a detailed brief.

Sometimes you'll receive

“Here’s the client story. Make this look incredible.”

You need to be comfortable with both.

What We Don't Want

This role probably isn't for you if:

- You need extremely detailed instructions for everything
- You only know Canva templates
- You optimise for aesthetics without thinking about communication
- You take several days to produce basic social creatives
- You don't actively consume social media
- You dislike feedback or iterations
- You aren't interested in AI
- You wait for inspiration instead of having a process
- Your portfolio contains technically correct work but lacks personality and taste

What Success Looks Like A successful designer in this role becomes someone the marketing team can hand an idea to and trust that it will come back better than they imagined it .

You consistently

- Ship high-quality creative every day
- Improve our overall visual standard
- Develop repeatable design systems
- Build reusable templates and creative libraries
- Identify creative opportunities without being asked
- Make our client results look exceptional
- Make our brand feel more premium
- Help our content earn more attention
- Use AI and systems to increase output
- Bring new references and ideas to the team continuously

Most importantly, you develop a deep understanding of our brand to the point where you don't just execute the visual identity— you help evolve it.

Application

Please send us

1. Your portfolio
2. Your best 3–5 pieces of work
3. Examples of social media/carousel work
4. Any work you've done for coaches, creators, info products, agencies, or online businesses
5. The tools you use
6. Your current AI/design workflow
7. Three Instagram accounts or brands whose design you think is exceptional — and why
8. One piece of our existing content you would redesign and what you would change

All to [email protected] We care far more about your taste, thinking, speed, and output than fancy qualifications.
