Internship Details : Position: Creative Content Creator Intern

Duration: 3 months

Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Working Days: 6 Days Per Week

Time Commitment: 4 Hours Per Day (Flexible)

Stipend: ₹3,000–₹6,000 Per Month (Based on Performance)

Role Overview : As a Creative Content Creator Intern, you'll be responsible for creating engaging short-form educational videos that connect with students across India. From researching trending topics to writing scripts, shooting videos, and editing professional Reels and Shorts, you'll help build Udaan Scholars' educational content library. While you'll create the content, our internal team will handle publishing and social media management.

What You'll Do

- Research trending education and career-related topics.




- ⁠Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- ⁠Shoot high-quality videos using your smartphone.
- ⁠Edit videos with subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects.
- ⁠Create content that is informative, engaging, and easy to understand.
- ⁠Follow Udaan Scholars' content guidelines and brand tone.
- ⁠Work closely with the Content and Marketing teams to execute content plans.
- ⁠Incorporate feedback and improve content quality consistently.
- ⁠Stay updated with social media trends and best practices for short-form content.

Requirements

- Practical experience creating short-form videos.
- Good storytelling and script-writing skills.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Comfortable speaking on camera (preferred).
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Youtube and YouTube Shorts
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- A reliable smartphone with a positive-quality camera.
- A good microphone (wired or wireless) for clear audio.
- Stable internet connection.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of hook writing and audience retention techniques.
- Understanding of viral content formats and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and video composition.




- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini for research and scripting.

Bonus If You Have :

- Previous experience creating educational or informative content.
- A portfolio or social media page showcasing your work.
- Experience creating viral short-form videos.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design.
