Role & responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on study abroad programs and test preparation.

- Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into admissions.

- Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.

- Generate and manage student leads.

- Achieve admission and counselling targets.

- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.

- Coordinate with the admissions team.

- Build robust relationships with students and parents.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 03 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.

- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.

- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling walk-in enquiries.

- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

- Experience in overseas education or educational sales is an added advantage.
