Experience – 5-10 Years of experience & Working with insurance brokers What we are looking for in a candidate:

 Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key demographics and present them with viable proposals.

 Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.

 Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.

 Develop a valuable understanding and mapping of the clients / market.

 Achieve revenue targets.

 Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices

 Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.

 Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.

 Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e.

Indian

Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.

Desired

Skills and Experience-

 Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking

 University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.

 MBA from a reputed B - School
