Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic, result-oriented, and highly strategic Corporate Relations Manager . The core mission of this role is to serve as the definitive bridge between industry and academia . You will be the architect of our corporate outreach strategy, building high-impact partnerships with enterprises, tech companies, and industry leaders to facilitate student placements, corporate training programs, internships, and collaborative curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities

- Bridge Industry & Academia: Actively engage with corporate leaders, HR heads, and talent acquisition teams to understand emerging market trends and skill requirements, translating those insights back to our academic team to keep our programs industry-relevant.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and secure strategic alliances, MoUs, and partnerships with local and global organizations for campus recruitment drives, internships, and live industry projects.
- Corporate Upskilling & B2B Sales: Promote and sell Beat Educations’ executive education, corporate training,



and professional upskilling programs to enterprises looking to train their workforces.
- Placement & Internship Delivery: Own the end-to-end student placement lifecycle. Match graduating talent with corporate openings, ensuring high placement rates and strong employer satisfaction.
- Ecosystem Networking: Represent Beat Educations at industry conferences, corporate events, and panel discussions to elevate the institution's brand presence and expand the corporate network.
- Student Readiness Mentorship: Organize industry expert guest lectures, corporate mock interviews, and workshops to prepare learners to seamlessly transition into corporate environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in Corporate Relations, Training & Placements (T&P;), Enterprise Sales, or Business Development within the EdTech or Higher Education sectors.
- The "Bridge" Mindset: A deep, demonstrable understanding of how to align corporate hiring needs with academic curriculum and student capabilities.
- Networking & Relationship Building: An established network of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition managers, and corporate leaders. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and pitching skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
