We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Outreach & Communications Executive to support our CSR fundraising initiative focused on Indian Knowledge Systems and NEP 2020. You will serve as the first point of contact between Jyot and corporate CSR decision-makers, helping build relationships and secure meetings with potential funding partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify the appropriate CSR contact person at target companies, including CSR Heads, Foundation Heads, and committee members using LinkedIn, annual reports, and company websites
- Customize and send outreach emails using provided templates while adapting messaging based on company profiles
- Share pitch decks and manage follow-ups at scheduled intervals
- Track all outreach activities and responses through CRM systems and Excel trackers
- Coordinate introductions through professional networks, including audit firms and BNI Colossus
- Prepare company-specific briefing notes before senior leadership meetings
- Manage the outreach calendar and ensure all target companies are contacted according to campaign timelines
- Draft WhatsApp follow-ups, LinkedIn connection requests, and post-meeting thank-you messages
- Maintain a live status dashboard tracking outreach progress and outcomes
- Coordinate meeting logistics and support the Relationship Manager with scheduling

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications, B2B sales support, CSR outreach, fundraising, or related fields
- Excellent written English and ability to personalize professional communications




- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive in follow-up activities
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, email tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously

Bonus: Prior experience in CSR fundraising, NGO partnerships, foundation relations, or social impact initiatives

Knowledge of Indian Knowledge Systems, education initiatives, or NEP 2020
