Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Attorney to work on a contract basis, providing legal advisory services for corporate transactions and compliance matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements and corporate policies in all business operations.
- Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions and partnerships.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.




- Active membership in a state bar association in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law or related legal practice.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
