Job Title: Copywriter (Mid-Level)

Role Overview:

At Provilac, we're reimagining dairy through better nutrition, better products, and better storytelling. Whether it's a performance ad, a product launch, an email campaign, or a social media post, every word plays a role in shaping how customers experience the brand.

We're looking for a Copywriter who can turn insights into compelling copy, simplify complex ideas, and create content that informs, engages, and converts.

What You'll Do

- Write copy for social media, performance marketing ads, landing pages, emails, notifications, and website content.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign messaging for product launches and brand initiatives.
- Craft headlines, hooks, scripts, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers to create cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Translate nutrition and product benefits into clear, relatable consumer language.
- Research trends, customer insights, and competitors to develop stronger creative ideas.

What We're Looking For

- 3-7 years of copywriting experience.
- Strong portfolio featuring advertising,



social media, digital marketing, or brand campaigns.
- Excellent command of written English.
- Ability to write across formats, from punchy headlines to long-form content.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and marketing fundamentals.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered writing and creative tools.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience working with D2C, FMCG, food, health, or consumer brands.
- Scriptwriting experience for short-form video content.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.
