Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

- Develop high-quality copy for brochures, newsletters, flyers, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.

- Write engaging website content, blogs, admission pages, FAQs, and landing pages.

- Create compelling email campaigns, SMS, and WhatsApp communication for admissions and school events.

- Draft speeches, notices, press releases, invitations, and official communication as required.

- Ensure all content reflects the schools brand voice, values, and messaging.

Social Media Content

- Write captions, carousel copy, campaign concepts, and promotional content for social media platforms.

- Plan content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.

- Adapt content for different platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

Short-Form Video Scripting

- Write creative scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

- Develop engaging hooks, storytelling concepts, scene directions, and CTAs to maximize audience engagement.

- Script videos highlighting admissions, classroom activities, events, achievements, student life, faculty, parent testimonials, and school facilities.

- Collaborate with the videography and design teams during content production.

- Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate trending formats into video scripts.

Campaign Brand Communication

- Create campaign concepts for admissions, events, celebrations, and branding initiatives.

- Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and messaging across all communication channels.





- Support marketing campaigns with persuasive and conversion-focused copy.

Editing Proofreading

- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.

- Ensure all published content is error-free and aligned with school communication standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

- Certification in Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or Creative Writing is an added advantage.

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or digital marketing.

- Experience in the education sector will be preferred.

- Robust portfolio showcasing marketing copy, social media content, and short-form video scripts.

Required Skills

- Exceptional English grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
