About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with a strong interest in the beauty and personal care industry. The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging content across multiple formats—from influencer scripts and social media content to SEO blogs and compelling beauty product descriptions.

You will work closely with the marketing, social media, influencer, and creative teams to create content that is engaging, brand-aligned, informative, and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Social Media Scripts

Write engaging scripts and briefs for influencers and content creators.

Develop hooks, storylines, talking points, CTAs, and video scripts for Reels, Shorts, and other formats.

Adapt communication according to different influencer personalities and audiences.

Ensure scripts communicate product benefits naturally without sounding overly promotional.

Blog & Editorial Content

Research, write, and edit high-quality beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, and lifestyle blogs.

Create informative and engaging long-form content aligned with the brand's tone of voice.

Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and practical to the target audience.

SEO Content

Create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, category pages, and other digital content.

Conduct keyword research and incorporate primary and secondary keywords naturally.

Write SEO titles, meta descriptions, headings, FAQs, and other on-page elements.

Follow SEO best practices while maintaining a natural and engaging writing style.

Work with the SEO team to improve content rankings, traffic, and organic visibility.

Beauty Product Descriptions

Write compelling and informative product descriptions for skincare, makeup, haircare, and other beauty products.

Clearly communicate product features, benefits, ingredients, usage, and key selling points.

Develop copy that is both consumer-friendly and conversion-focused.





Maintain consistency in brand voice and product communication across e-commerce platforms.

Editing & Brand Communication

Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintain and follow the brand's tone of voice and communication guidelines.

Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, social media managers, SEO specialists, and product teams.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, makeup, haircare, or personal care is preferred.

Experience writing influencer scripts, blogs, SEO content, and/or e-commerce product descriptions.

Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword placement.

Ability to write in different tones and formats while maintaining brand consistency.

Strong research, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with AI writing tools and content/SEO tools is an added advantage.
