Roles and Responsibilities

- Copilot Studio agent build & configuration

- SharePoint connector implementation

- Teams bot deployment & adaptive cards

- Agent flow development for escalation

- Azure PAYG billing configuration

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio topics, entities, generative answers/orchestration, and knowledge sources.

- Experience in Agent development

- Experience connecting SharePoint Online as a knowledge source, including Microsoft Graph-based search and knowledge connector configuration.

- Familiarity with the Microsoft Teams bot framework and Teams app deployment (pilot group through org-wide rollout).

- Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem Dataverse as the agent's data layer, and Power Platform Admin Center for workplace/DLP governance.

- Conceptual understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), even though this engagement uses Microsoft's fully managed pipeline rather than custom retrieval code.

- Experience with Power Automate or Copilot Studio agent flows for escalation/handoff logic into ITSM tools (e.g., Vivanti).

- Experience building Adaptive Cards for rich,



actionable bot responses.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO and Conditional Access as they apply to agent authentication and permission-scoped responses.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum model with 2-week sprints and standard ceremonies.

- Prior experience on a healthcare or other regulated-industry project, with awareness of HIPAA/PHI handling practices.

- Exposure to Copilot Studio Analytics and Power BI for usage dashboards and KPI tracking.

- Familiarity with content readiness/remediation considerations — file formats, size limits, and permission inheritance issues that affect what an agent can index.

- Comfort with Azure subscription administration — PAYG billing, Copilot Credits, and Cost Management budget alerts.

Critical Deployment Notes

- Compliance: For the background verification (BGV) process, PAN card and Aadhaar card of the proposed resources will be required.

- The UAN number is required for selected candidates..
