Responsibilities:

- AI & LLM Engineering

- Build and maintain LLM pipelines, model integrations, and inference workflows

- Develop APIs and microservices that interact with AI/ML models

- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for production use

- Backend Development

- Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems for AI products

- Create robust RESTful/GraphQL APIs and internal services

- Ensure high system performance, uptime, monitoring, and logging

- Infrastructure & System Design

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployments

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation

- Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed system components

- Collaboration & Leadership

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, product, frontend)





- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers

- Take ownership of end-to-end features from design to deployment

Technical Skills:

- 4-10 years of backend development experience

- Solid skills in Python / Node js

- Hands-on experience with:

- LLM integrations, AI APIs, or conversational AI workflows

- Distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture

- Databases like MongoDB, Redis, etc

- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience with system scaling, performance tuning, and production architecture

- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
