Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across the organization

- Implement company strategy, policies, and business plans

- Manage and coordinate department heads and senior managers

- Set operational targets, KPIs, and performance standards

- Improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency

- Monitor sales, revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance

- Develop and implement SOPs and internal systems

- Coordinate with CEO, CFO, HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments

- Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions

- Manage budgets and control unnecessary operating expenses

- Build organizational structure and strengthen leadership teams

- Ensure employees and departments remain aligned with company goals

- Handle major operational issues, risks, and escalations





- Support business expansion, new projects, and growth initiatives

- Prepare regular operational reports for the CEO/Board

- Maintain company culture, accountability, and execution discipline
