Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

Derma Arts is looking for an experienced and reliable Chef/Cook who can prepare a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals while maintaining excellent taste, hygiene, and presentation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable preparing North Indian and Chinese cuisine and be able to manage day-to-day cooking requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals on a daily basis.
- Prepare a variety of North Indian and Chinese dishes.
- Plan and manage daily meals as per requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of vegetables, meat, spices, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Monitor ingredients and inform management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.




- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Follow instructions regarding dietary preferences and meal requirements.
- Maintain a professional, punctual, and disciplined approach to work.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Personal/Professional Cook.
- Must be able to confidently prepare both Veg & Non-Veg dishes.
- Good knowledge of North Indian and Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily cooking responsibilities.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-mannered.
