- Architect AI powered customer journeys and voice automation pipelines within Five9.
- Define IVA conversation design standards and performance benchmarks.
- Lead integrations between Five9 and enterprise AI platforms such as Sierra.ai and SoundHound Amelia.
- Design API and webhook integration layers for real time context passing and session continuity.
