- Develop AI-powered use cases such as Agent Assist, Call Summarization, Sentiment Analysis, and Knowledge Assist.
- Integrate enterprise systems through APIs and cloud-native AWS services.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable contact center transformation solutions.
- Drive innovation using LLMs, RAG frameworks,
