Design, program, and troubleshoot Rockwell Automation systems focusing on FactoryTalk Studio SE platform.

Develop and implement control system architectures and detailed design specifications.

Design, Development and Deployment exposure on SCADA Platform on FTView site edition.

HMI application design, template creation, area hierarchy modelling, global objects, template library development

Hands-on exposure to SCADA features includes Security, Data logging & trends, alarm & event management.

Experience with integration of Rockwell PLCs with SCADA/HMI systems and Enterprise integration with MES or Business layer applications using edge technologies like MQTT protocol, web services, REST APIs for third party intergrations etc.

Experience with SAT/FAT, project implementation &S; project documentation.

Experience of control system project execution in pharma domain

Awareness with standards like ISA-95, ISA-88





Key Responsibilities* Design and develop SCADA systems tailored to specific industrial processes and requirements based on Industry standards.

Planning and designing FT View SCADA platform Automation solutions.

Configuration, development, implementation, and commissioning of FT View SCADA.

Analyze SCADA platform to optimize performance and identify improvements

Configure industrial communication protocols & Industrial Gateways. (EtherNET/IP, DeviceNET, OPC DA, OPC UA, Kepware, FT Linx)

Conduct system integration and change implementation validation.

Develop and maintain project documentation including design & test specs, code history.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Represent the automation discipline in technical discussions and client interactions
