Role & responsibilities
- Contract administration in accordance with FIDIC, EPC, and Government contract conditions.
- Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, transmittals, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and other contract documents.
- Assist in preparation of claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, delay analysis, and commercial justifications.
- Support variation/change management through quantity verification, cost analysis, and documentation.
- Assist in subcontract administration, including subcontract drafting, compliance tracking, and contractual issue resolution.
- Maintain contract records, document registers, correspondence logs, risk registers, and claim supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quantity Surveying (QS), Construction, Design, and Project teams for contractual and commercial inputs.
- Support contract compliance, dispute avoidance, and project commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely documentation and record management for audits, claims, and client submissions.
- Monitor contractual obligations, project deliverables, and commercial risks to support successful project execution.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 310 years of experience in Contracts, Claims, Commercial, Planning, or QS for Infrastructure/EPC projects.
- Working knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, Item-Rate, and Lump-Sum contracts, with exposure to claims, EOT, variations, and contract administration.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, documentation, drafting, and coordination with cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in Metro, Railway, Highway, Bridge, Airport, or Water Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
