- Will be responsible for End to End recruitment process
- Should have worked on Engineering, Semiconductor requirements
- Coordinating and Managing Stakeholders
- Maintaining internal data base of candidates as per their skill sets.
- Sourcing, Searching, identifying candidates using job boards, social media, etc.
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references
- Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
- Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly report generation

Qualifications

- 7+ years of Experience in Engineering/Semiconductor talent acquisition for India Region
- Must be doing hands on sourcing.
- Excellent sourcing skills
- Research and recommend current sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Should be willing to source through different job boards, social media platforms
