Role Description This is a full-time Content Writer role in a hybrid setup, based in Kochi with flexibility for some work-from-home.

The Content

Writer will create clear, engaging web and marketing content aligned with client and agency brand guidelines, including website copy, blog posts, landing pages, social media content, and email campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on clients’ industries and audiences, collaborating with marketing strategists to develop content plans, and writing content that supports SEO, performance marketing,



and campaign objectives. The role also involves proofreading and refining content for accuracy, consistency, and tone, maintaining content calendars, and iterating based on performance data and feedback from the team and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy abilities, including planning and structuring content to support marketing goals.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to understand industries, audiences, and competitors.
- Candidates should possess careful Proofreading skills to ensure error-free, consistent, and clear content.
- Robust command of written English and the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and formats.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing concepts is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
