Content Strategy & Marketing Lead — Astrology Consultation Business

Location : Delhi (in-office preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates)

Compensation : Competitive fixed + performance-linked variable (tied to reach and lead-conversion outcomes). Open to negotiation for exceptional candidates.

About the Role

We're building an authentic and high quality astrology consultation business, and content is at the heart of how we'll reach, engage, and convert our audience. We're looking for one person to own content end-to-end — from setting the strategy to executing it hands-on. You'll shape our brand voice, grow our reach across platforms, and build a content engine that generates and converts leads.

This is a solo-operator role to start. You won't have a team beneath you (yet), so you'll need to be a self-starter who can figure things out, move fast, and take full ownership. You'll work closely with and report directly to the founder. If you're someone who's equally comfortable thinking through strategy and rolling up your sleeves to ship content daily, this is for you.

What You'll Own

- Content strategy: Define what we say, to whom, on which platforms, and why — mapped to goals of reach, brand positioning, and monetization.
- Hands-on content creation: Produce high-quality content (video, text, graphics, short-form) independently in both English and Hindi, using AI tools to work at speed and scale.
- Social & search marketing: Run our presence across all leading social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.) and Google (Search, YouTube, Business Profile, Ads), for both organic content and paid marketing.
- Lead generation & conversion: Build content and campaigns that attract leads and convert them into consultations; track what works and iterate.
- Brand building: Establish and protect a distinctive,



trustworthy brand voice in the astrology space.
- Measurement: Set up and monitor the metrics that matter, and use them to improve continuously.

Who You Are

- A self-starter and hustler who figures things out without hand-holding.
- Thoughtful and action-oriented in equal measure — you plan well and you ship.
- Ethical, without exception. This is non-negotiable, especially in a category built on trust.
- Comfortable operating solo today, and capable of building and leading a team tomorrow.

Must-Haves
- 2+ years in content creation and/or online marketing.
- Solid, independent content-creation ability using AI tools — you know the leading AI tools for text, image, video, and audio, and use them fluently.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to create content that resonates in both.
- Deep working knowledge of all major social media platforms and Google platforms/apps for content and marketing.
- Graduate in any field (skillset matters more than the degree).

Highly Preferred
- Genuine interest in astrology — it'll help you create authentic, resonant content.
- Basic knowledge of running an e-commerce business.
- Ability to use AI for custom tasks — bespoke research, analysis, workflows, and automation.
- Experience with performance marketing and conversion optimization.
