Who Should Apply

- Available for full-time, in-office work in BTM Layout, Bangalore
- Students, freshers, or candidates with some experience in content creation, marketing, sales, or customer interaction
- Someone who is creative, curious, comfortable talking to people, and excited to work in an early-stage startup

Skills We’re Looking For:

- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to interact with customers and understand their needs
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales is a plus

Role Overview As a Content Creation, Social Media & Growth Intern , you’ll work closely with our team across content creation, social media marketing, customer support, and sales .

Since we’re an early-stage startup, you’ll get the opportunity to work on different parts of the business rather than being limited to one responsibility.

You’ll help us create content, talk to customers, understand their problems, promote our product, and contribute ideas that help us grow.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

- Shoot and edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Create content showcasing our product, features, and customer stories
- Design posters, thumbnails, and social media creatives
- Brainstorm new content ideas based on current trends
- Help maintain consistency in our brand’s visuals and communication

Social Media & Marketing

- Help manage and grow our social media presence
- Research trending content, formats, and campaign ideas
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities with the team
- Analyse content performance and identify what works




- Help create marketing campaigns and promotional materials

Customer Support

- Interact with customers and help them understand and use our product
- Understand customer problems and communicate them to the team
- Help resolve basic customer queries and issues
- Collect customer feedback and identify common problems
- Help improve the customer experience based on real conversations

Sales & Business Growth

- Talk to potential customers and introduce them to our product
- Assist the team in generating and following up with leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain how our product can help
- Support offline and online sales activities
- Learn how customers make purchasing decisions and what makes them choose a product
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Working With the Team

- Work closely with the founders and team members across different areas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through
- Learn from real customer interactions and feedback
- Be willing to experiment, learn, and take on current responsibilities.
