Role Description

You'll own the day-to-day operation of Tuktuki's content admin panel, getting every microdrama episode from “ready” to “live” cleanly and on schedule. You're the last line of defense before content reaches users, so precision and consistency matter more than speed.

What you'll do

- Upload and configure video episodes in the admin panel: correct sequencing, metadata (title, synopsis, genre tags, language, cast), and free-vs-paid/unlock settings.

- Manage merchandising assets such as thumbnails, cover art, and home-screen carousels/rails, ensuring correct placement, dimensions, and image quality.

- Run the QC checklist on every asset before it goes live and flag anything that fails.

- Route content through the approval workflow, chasing sign-offs from the content/PM lead before pushing to production.

- Maintain a publishing tracker so the team always knows what's queued, in QC, approved, or live.

- Schedule releases per the content calendar and verify everything renders correctly in production after go-live.

- Coordinate with content, design, and engineering when assets are missing, broken, or blocked.

QC responsibilities (the core of the job)





- Video plays end to end at correct resolution and aspect ratio (vertical 9:16), with no black frames and audio in sync.

- Correct episode number and order within the series.

- Title, description, tags, and language accurate.

- Thumbnail present, sharp, correctly sized, and matches the content.

- Subtitle/caption timing and accuracy (where applicable).

- Paywall / free-episode configuration is correct. A wrong unlock setting is a revenue leak.

- No compliance or content-policy issues.

What we're looking for

- 0 to 2 years in content operations, video publishing, OTT/streaming ops, or a similar detail-heavy coordination role. Fresh graduates welcome.

- Comfort with CMS or admin panels and a basic understanding of video formats and specs.

- Solid attention to detail and a checklist mindset, the kind that catches the wrong thumbnail before users do.

- Solid coordination and follow-up skills, and comfort using Excel/Sheets for trackers.

- Exposure to short-form/vertical video, microdrama, or subscription/coin-based content models.
