Role Requirements

Role Responsibilities

As the Content and Design Lead, you will own the look, feel, and voice of Mentage India. Your day-to-day will involve:

Establish the Visual Identity: Create high-quality visual assets (infographics, slide decks, event posters) that align with global Mentage branding.

Craft Compelling Copy: Write and polish engaging copy for newsletters, website updates, event descriptions, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate on Multimedia:



Partner closely with the Social Media Lead to supply sleek templates, graphic layouts, and static assets for digital platforms.

Design Flagship Collateral: Create premium presentation decks and informational materials for sponsors, corporate partners, and cohort founders.

Maintain Aesthetic Standards: Act as the ultimate quality controller, ensuring every external-facing piece of content looks polished, professional, and sharp.
