We are looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Content Creator to join our team and develop engaging content for our social media platforms, YouTube, digital campaigns, and educational promotions.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media, current trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content that attracts students and builds our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Develop ideas and concepts for Reels, Shorts, videos, posts, stories, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Research current social-media trends, popular formats, topics, and content ideas relevant to students and competitive-exam aspirants.
- Write creative scripts, captions, hooks, headlines, and promotional copy.
- Present content on camera when required and create engaging short-form videos.
- Collaborate with faculty members to convert educational topics into simple, interesting, and engaging content.
- Cover institute events, student achievements, seminars, workshops, and other activities.
- Work closely with the Video Editor and Graphic Designer to develop high-quality content.
- Plan and maintain a regular social-media content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Experiment with new content formats, trends, and creative approaches.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization's brand identity and communication standards.

Required Skills
- Excellent creativity and storytelling ability.




- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and social-media trends.
- Good communication skills and confidence in front of a camera.
- Ability to write engaging scripts, captions, and short-form content.
- Good understanding of student audiences and digital content consumption.
- Ability to research topics and convert information into engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, media, education, or related fields.
- Experience creating content for education, coaching, EdTech, YouTube, or Instagram will be an advantage.
- Candidates with an existing portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, or previous content samples will be preferred.
