Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Location: Delhi (Greater Kailash-I) & Greater Noida (Hybrid Work Model)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and self-driven Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team. If you love storytelling, enjoy creating engaging content, and stay updated with the latest social media trends, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of the complete content creation processfrom generating creative ideas and planning shoots to shooting, editing, publishing, and managing social media content.

This role follows a hybrid work model across our Delhi and Greater Noida offices.

Our primary content creation location is our Delhi Atelier (Greater Kailash-I), where most lifestyle shoots, campaign shoots, and creative content will be produced. The selected candidate should also be comfortable traveling to our Greater Noida office 1–2 times per month (or as required) for product photography, product videography, and other content creation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Ideation

- Generate creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for videos and social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital content trends.

Video Production

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.
- Capture lifestyle content, product videos, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, camera movements, and composition during every shoot.

Video Editing

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook,



and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, captions, subtitles, music, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
- Deliver platform-optimized content while maintaining brand consistency.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and coordinate responses to comments and messages when required.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Shoot Coordination

- Coordinate and execute content shoots at the Delhi Atelier and other designated locations.
- Travel to the Greater Noida office whenever required for product shoots and campaign content.
- Coordinate with internal teams, models, influencers, and vendors during shoots.
- Ensure timely execution of all content production activities.

Brand Development

- Maintain a premium and consistent visual identity across all content.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, aesthetics, and marketing objectives.
- Suggest creative content formats and campaign ideas to improve brand engagement.

Requirements

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content.
- Hands-on experience shooting videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling.
- Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro,



or similar software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple content projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be comfortable working between our Delhi and Greater Noida offices.
- Willingness to travel for content shoots is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Basic photography skills.
- Experience working with influencers and user-generated content (UGC).
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance metrics.

Compensation
