Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator with 2–4 years of experience to develop engaging digital content that enhances brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, experience in creating content for social media and digital platforms, and a valuable understanding of current content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop high-quality captions, blogs, articles, website content, and email marketing content.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.
- Create scripts and concepts for reels, promotional videos, and campaigns.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas.
- Optimize content for SEO and improve website visibility.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations based on analytics.




- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or Digital Content Executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Experience with video scripting and short-form content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
