Role & responsibilities

Content Strategy & Research

- Research trending and relevant topics across longevity, preventive healthcare, skin, hair, aesthetics, wellness and pain management.
- Develop original content ideas for doctors, clinics and the Founder.
- Understand audience interests and convert complex healthcare topics into simple, engaging and shareable content.
- Monitor competitors, creators and healthcare trends to identify new content opportunities.
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars for each brand.

Script Writing
- Take ownership of scripting content before shoots.
- Write strong hooks, scripts and talking points for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
- Create scripts for doctor educational videos, interviews, podcasts, promotional videos and campaigns.
- Work with doctors to convert medical information into clear and audience-friendly communication.
- Develop captions, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and calls to action.

Content Shoots
- Independently plan and execute photo and video shoots.
- Direct doctors and team members during shoots to achieve natural and engaging content.
- Shoot professional-quality videos using cameras, smartphones, microphones, lighting and stabilizers.
- Capture doctor videos, clinic activities, technologies, events, patient testimonials where appropriate and behind-the-scenes content.
- Maintain consistent visual and brand standards across all content.

Founder Content & Travel
- Work closely with the Founder to build and grow his professional digital presence.
- Accompany the Founder to medical conferences, talks, panel discussions, workshops, interviews, corporate programs and other key events.
- Travel with the Founder when required to capture photographs, videos, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
- Travel to Vernon Healthcare branches to regularly create fresh content.
- Be willing to travel outside Hyderabad when required for conferences, events, branch visits and important shoots.
- Create real-time Stories, Reels, Shorts and event content during important engagements.





Video Editing & Production
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.
- Add professional subtitles, graphics, animations, transitions, music and branding.
- Create engaging short-form videos optimized for retention and sharing.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple pieces of short-form content.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, completed videos, photographs and brand assets.

Organic Social Media Growth
- Take direct responsibility for increasing followers organically across our social media platforms.
- Develop strategies to improve organic reach, engagement and audience growth without depending only on paid advertising.
- Increase relevant followers through strong content, storytelling, consistency, collaborations, trends and community engagement.
- Identify high-performing content formats and systematically produce more of what works.
- Experiment with hooks, formats, posting times, topics and distribution strategies.
- Build engaged communities around longevity, wellness, skin, hair and pain management.
- Actively improve shares, saves, comments, watch time and repeat audience engagement.

Social Media Management Manage and grow content across:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Facebook
- LinkedIn

Plan and maintain consistent publishing schedules across all brands. Monitor comments, audience responses and content performance.

Digital Marketing Support

- Work closely with the Growth & Marketing Manager on digital campaigns.
- Create high-converting video content and creatives for Meta and Google campaigns when required.
- Understand basic Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.




- Identify successful organic content that can be adapted for paid advertising.
- Support campaign launches, landing-page content and digital promotions.

We value relevant and engaged followers over vanity follower numbers. Performance will be measured on audience quality, engagement and business impact along with follower growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and video content.
- Strong script-writing and storytelling ability.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, shoot and edit content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends and audience behavior.
- Proven ability to organically grow social media accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, engagement and shareable content.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is an advantage.
- Agency experience with strong content brands will also be considered.
- Comfortable working closely with doctors and the Founder.
- Willing to travel between branches and accompany the Founder to conferences, talks and events.
- Comfortable with occasional outstation travel and event coverage outside regular working hours.
- Creative, proactive and capable of working independently without waiting for instructions for every piece of content.
