Office Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

About the Role

This is not a graphic design role. This is not a video production role. This is a content creator role — raw, real, fast and instinct-driven. You shoot, you edit, you ideate and you execute. You don't wait to be told what to create. You walk into a room and already know what's worth filming. You're comfortable being on camera yourself and you know what's trending on Instagram before everyone else does.

If your camera roll is full of random clips you shot because you thought "this could be something" — we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Shoot and edit high-converting short-form video ads for Meta — Reels, UGC-style, informative and lifestyle formats
- Create content for Mantraa's Instagram and social media independently — without being told what to post
- Strategize video concepts on your own — themes, formats, hooks, trends — and bring them to the table proactively
- Be the face of the brand on camera for a majority of video content — ads, reels and social media
- Assist during in-house shoots — model direction, outfit selection, angles, lighting, props and overall visual feel




- Always be on the lookout for content opportunities — BTS, office moments, packing, shoot days, team at work
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats and content styles on Instagram and adapt them for Mantraa
- Deliver edited content consistently and on time across ads and organic social media

You Are The Right Person If

- You have your own Instagram page with Reels OR you have created Reels for someone else's page
- You know what's trending on Instagram right now — without having to Google it
- You can pick up your phone and start filming something interesting within seconds
- You are comfortable and confident on camera — being the face of a brand doesn't make you nervous
- You think in content — angles, hooks, transitions, audio — naturally and constantly
- You can take a brief and run with it, or better yet, come up with ideas nobody asked for
- You edit fast and clean — you know CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar inside out

- Your background is primarily graphic design or static creatives
- You have never shot or edited a Reel or short-form video
- You need to be told what to create every single day
- You are not comfortable appearing on camera
- You don't have a laptop
