Job Title: Content Creator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can develop engaging content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, good communication skills, and the ability to confidently participate in video shoots and create engaging short-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, script, and execute short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Participate in on-camera video shoots and confidently present content when required.
- Research current social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and concepts for videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
- Assist in organising and conducting indoor and outdoor video shoots.
- Work closely with the editing/design team to ensure content aligns with the intended concept and brand image.
- Review and improve content based on engagement, audience response, and performance.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual presentation.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in video shoots.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to write clear and engaging scripts and captions.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
